CAFE FRESH MENU
The menu is innovative and modern with Australian and Mediterranean influences. Options are continually changing depending on what's in season, creating unique options every time you dine at Cafe Fresh.
For breakfast, enjoy fluffy pancakes topped with caramelised banana, strawberries & King Island cream or the breakfast bruschetta with vine ripened tomatoes, housemade macadamia and basil pesto, avocado, marinated fetta and soft poached egg on grilled ciabatta. The lunch menu includes brunch options, toasted Turkish varieties, main courses, a range of Mediterranean style tapas and gourmet pizzas.
When dining in the evening, the dinner menu will be sure to satisfy all tastes. The signature dish is made up of pan seared Atlantic salmon fillet infused with vodka, beetroot and dill served on snow peas, pak choi and broccolini with an orange chilli glaze, followed by dessert of chocolate marquise with King Island double cream.
SHINSEN MENU
Providing an evocative taste of Japan with a contemporary fusion of the very best local and imported produce, Shinsen features a teppanyaki and sushi bar with a clear view of the chef performing the fine art of sushi making.
Originating from Japan and with extensive experience working in well established Japanese restaurants in Japan and the Gold Coast, Head Chef Daisaku Nakata brings more than 25 years of experience to Shinsen. Dishes off his menu include spicy chicken wing marinated with soy, black pepper, chilli powder & sake as well as other fresh sushi & teppanyaki dishes.
The restaurant features an open-style kitchen bar which may accommodate a party of up to 16 people with a clear view of the chef performing the art of sushi making and teppanyaki.
The restaurant also includes a beachfront alfresco area, fronting beautiful Kirra Beach, which can accommodate up to 100 seats in total.
The two restaurants combined together bring a dining experience like no other on the Gold Coast. Offering two cuisines in one, Shinsen and Cafe Fresh offer views across Kirra Beach and a huge variety of delectable dishes to local people and impresses visitors.
Shinsen is open from 11am til 12am Tuesday to Sunday. Reservations are preferred for dining at Shinsen and are recommended for weekends and events.
